C Corporation

Pennsylvania C Corporation Tax Deadlines for 2022

You must file & pay Corporate Income Taxes in Pennsylvania by May 15, 2023.

Extension to File Taxes in Pennsylvania for 2022

You must send payment for taxes in Pennsylvania for the fiscal year 2022 by May 15, 2023.

The Extension Deadline is November 15, 2023 to file your Pennsylvania income tax return.

Pennsylvania automatically grants 6 months extensions on filing corporate income tax returns, if a federal extension is filed. This means you do not need to file for an extension in Pennsylvania. Corporations that do not request an extension to file the federal income tax return may still request a 60-day extension to file the PA Corporate Net Income Tax Report. The extension must be filed on or before the due date of the report. To apply for an annual extension, complete the REV-853, Annual Extension Request, electronically using the Online Services Center at www.revenue.pa.gov.

This is an extension to FILE, not an extension to PAY - payment is still due May 15, 2023.

Pennsylvania S Corporation & Partnership Tax Deadlines for 2022

You must file in Pennsylvania by April 18, 2023.

Extension to File S Corporation & Partnership Taxes in Pennsylvania for 2022

You must send payment for taxes in Pennsylvania for the fiscal year 2022 by  April 18, 2023.

The Extension Deadline is September 15, 2023 to file your Pennsylvania Individual Income tax return.

Pennsylvania grants a 5 month  extension for filing your pass-through entity income tax return if the entity cannot file the PA-20S/PA-65 Information Return on or before the original return due date. The entity can use REV-276, Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File, to file for a five-month extension. The department accepts REV-276 Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File the PA-20S/PA-65 Information Return through myPath and the MeF Fed/State e-file program. 

This is an extension to FILE, not an extension to PAY - payment is still due  April 18, 2023.

Individual Tax Deadline for Pennsylvania 2022

You must file & pay Individual Income Taxes in Pennsylvania by April 18, 2023.

Extension to File Taxes in Pennsylvania for 2022

You must send payment for taxes in Pennsylvania for the fiscal year 2022 by April 18, 2023.

The Extension Deadline is October 16, 2023 to file your Pennsylvania Individual Income tax return.

Pennsylvania will automatically grant a 6 months extension on filing personal income taxes if a federal extension is filed and there is no tax due. This means you do not need to file for an extension in Pennsylvania if you file a federal extension, attach the federal extension to the state return and have no tax due in Pennsylvania . If you do NOT file a federal extension or have tax due, file Form REV-276. 100% of Pennsylvania tax liability must be paid by the original due date to avoid penalties.

Estates Tax Deadline for Pennsylvania 2022

Pennsylvania requires that you file the inheritance tax within nine months of the date of the decedent’s death. 

Farmer and Fisherman Taxes for Pennsylvania 2022

If at least 2/3 of your gross income for the taxable year is derived from farming, you may pay estimated tax at any time on or before January 17, 2023. If you wait until January 17, 2023, you must pay the entire balance of the estimated tax. However, if farmers file their tax return on or before March 1, 2023, and pay the total tax at that time, they need not file estimated tax.
